• Many hotels charge extra for room heater or Wi-Fi. Normal package does not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly
• Due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identifications s are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Driver&rsquos License.
• All the s must include a photograph. 
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )
• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, wewould not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this
• Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances
• Travellers have to wait for repair if in case breakdown the vehicle
• Travellers are sole responsible for any mishappening , theft , loss , injuries ,illegal activities such as carry banned drugs , unlawful activities during the tour.

According to the guidelines of the Thai government or Tourism Authority of
THAILAND and Government of India if any change is made in the Covid-19 rule, the customer will have to bear the cost for RT PCR and Test & GO Package

Travellers should be vaccinated with 2 doses 14 days prior to travel to Thailand.
Vaccinated travellers must carry the vaccination certificate
Airlines and Thai Immigration will do random checks to confirm travellers meet Covid prevention requirements (vaccination or Covid test).

• Grant of on Arrival visa depends on sole discretion of Thailand Immigration Authority & OneGroup Holidays  is not responsible for any non grant of Visa to the traveller.
• Please avoid being Over drunk by intake of hard drinks during the flights to avoid any Inconvenience during Visa on Arrival, Immigration and Custom Process.
• Please follow visa procedure minimum $700 per family with bill and passport validity 6 months from date of return. It takes about 1 hr (min) to get the Visa at Bangkok airport. We recommend getting the Visa before departure
