Welcome to Hanoi, the vibrant capital of Vietnam, known for its rich history, charming streets, and cultural heritage. Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be warmly received by our representative and transferred to your hotel in the city center.

After check-in, enjoy some free time to relax and freshen up after your long flight.

In the afternoon, begin your guided sightseeing tour with a visit to Ba Dinh Square, the largest and most significant square in Hanoi, where many important cultural and political events take place. From here, you will view the iconic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside, an important symbol of Vietnam’s modern history.

Next, continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, built in 1070. This well-preserved complex of courtyards, gardens, and traditional architecture offers a peaceful insight into Vietnam’s scholarly past.

Later, enjoy a leisurely walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, a scenic lake located in the heart of the city and a favorite gathering spot for locals and visitors alike.

End the day exploring Hanoi’s famous Old Quarter Hanoi, also known as “The 36 Streets,” where each street was traditionally dedicated to a specific trade. Wander through narrow lanes filled with local shops, street food, and colonial-era charm.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out from Hanoi. Between 08:30 – 09:00 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel in the Old Quarter and driven to Halong Bay, one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Upon arrival at the cruise port, receive a warm welcome from the cruise staff and complete the check-in formalities. Board your luxury cruise and begin your unforgettable journey through the emerald waters of Halong Bay, famously known as the “Descending Dragon Bay,” adorned with thousands of dramatic limestone islands and karst formations.

Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch on board as the cruise sails past breathtaking landscapes. In the afternoon, explore stunning limestone grottos and caves, with opportunities for swimming or kayaking (subject to weather conditions). Cruise past floating fishing villages and get up close to scenic islets, capturing the true beauty of this natural paradise.

Later, return to the cruise to relax and take part in a cooking demonstration, where you can learn about traditional Vietnamese cuisine. As evening sets in, enjoy a delicious dinner on board.

Wake up early to witness a magical sunrise over Halong Bay, a truly unforgettable sight. The Vietnamese refer to this region as the Eastern Sea, and watching the first rays of sunlight illuminate the limestone islets creates a serene and almost mystical atmosphere.

After breakfast, the cruise continues sailing through breathtaking areas of the bay, where nearly every limestone formation has its own unique name inspired by its shape, such as Sail Island, Fisherman’s Head Rock, Butterfly Rock, and Turtle Islet.

Later, check out from your cabin and enjoy a brunch on board as the cruise makes its way back to the pier. Upon disembarkation, you will be transferred back to Hanoi by road.

On arrival in Hanoi, check in to your hotel in the Old Quarter. The rest of the day is free at leisure, allowing you to relax, explore local markets, enjoy street food, or shop for souvenirs at your own pace.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter between 07:30 – 08:00 AM. Begin a scenic drive south to Ninh Binh, the ancient capital of Vietnam, located approximately 90 km from Hanoi.

Enjoy the beautiful countryside en route, passing endless rice paddies, small villages, and occasional sightings of water buffalo grazing in the fields—an authentic glimpse of rural Vietnam.

Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, visit Hoa Lu, home to the historic Dinh and Le Temples. Built in the 10th century, these temples honor Vietnam’s early emperors and are renowned for their intricate wooden carvings and traditional architecture.

Later, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, sampling regional Vietnamese flavors.

In the afternoon, embark on a serene boat ride in Tam Coc, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often referred to as the “Halong Bay on Land.” Glide along tranquil waterways surrounded by dramatic limestone karsts rising above lush green rice fields.

After the boat ride, enjoy leisure cycling through quiet rural roads, alongside canals and charming villages, with a stunning backdrop of limestone mountains.

In the evening, drive back to Hanoi and arrive at your hotel around 18:30 – 19:00.
